This linear pendant forms part of Nkukus popular Chakai lighting collection and serves as a dramatic statement piece, ideal for drawing attention above a kitchen island, dining table, or as a striking feature in a living room. It highlights two of Nkukus’s favourite materials: antique brass and sustainable mango wood. The warm tones of the brass cage complement the natural grain of the wooden shade beautifully. Suspended from a solid frame, the height of the elegant Chakai dinner pendant is fully adjustable – lower it to create a cosy, intimate pool of light, or raise it to illuminate a wider area.

Nkuku use natural, reclaimed and recycled materials throughout their collections, they believe in celebrating the beauty of the natural world, reusing resources and minimising waste wherever they can. Mango wood has a light natural tone with natural variation within the grain.
